Tony has extensive experience in developing and executing strategy and communicating with both staff and stakeholders. His particular strengths are in Talent Management, Strategic Planning, Organizational Development, Performance Management, Training and Development, Employee Relations, Recruiting, Compensation and Benefits. Tony has 28 years of HR experience spanning many industries. His experience includes –

This diverse industry experience has allowed him to personally lead large HR organizations and to also provide individualized services as a one-person department. Tony’s personal mission has been to provide quality, cost-effective services to the organizations that he has supported. Tony’s experience has transcends HR and involves Information Technology, Strategic Planning, Corporate Communications and Marketing.  

Tony has a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Saint Joseph’s University and an MBA in Management also from Saint Joseph’s. Tony was also an adjunct faculty member in the Master’s in Training and Development Program at Penn State University.
